For those looking for a shorter option, We also offer a 1-hour online class where the primary focus is on mindful yoga exercises that promote balance and inner peace.

 

Each in-person class integrates mindful yoga practices with sound and vibration therapy, including the healing tones of a singing bowl, and concludes with a guided meditation for a truly balanced and restorative experience. Join us to explore a grounded, mindful approach to well-being in every session.
