About Sati Yoga
My yoga journey began in my mid-twenties when I discovered a holistic yoga practice unlike any I’d experienced before. In those early years, I was introduced to extended, two-hour classes that blended Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga styles. This balanced approach of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement deepened my appreciation for the benefits of connecting the mind and body.

As I continued exploring various techniques, I became a certified yoga teacher. I realized that many modern classes were shorter, missing the depth of extended practice. Understanding that life is busy, I wanted to create a dedicated space for those seeking a deeper, more immersive experience. Through extended sessions, my goal is to help others fully engage in a holistic and mindful yoga practice
