Service Description
In this online yoga class, you’ll experience a balanced, accessible practice that combines mindful yoga, physical movement, and foundational yoga exercises, ideal for practitioners of all levels. Each one-hour session is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mindfulness, all from the comfort of your home. We begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a dynamic Vinyasa sequence with sun salutations to build energy and flow. The class then transitions to a grounding and restorative segment, allowing you to explore poses at your own pace with my guidance. While the focus of this online class is on physical movement, I also provide instructions for breath work and meditation that can be practiced after class to deepen your relaxation and mindfulness. This comprehensive approach helps you develop a well-rounded mindful yoga practice that extends beyond the mat and into your daily life. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend attending at least one in-person session to build a solid foundation before transitioning to the online class. Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel a yoga class through the website at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. This policy helps keep things organised and ensures space for other participants. Please note that if you are unable to cancel or reschedule a class at least 2 hours in advance, or if you do not show up, the full amount for the class will be charged.
