In this Mindful Yoga Class, you’ll experience a well-rounded journey through yoga poses, breath work, chanting, and meditation to enhance your mindfulness and physical well-being. Designed for experienced yogis, this class offers the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, flow through sequences, and explore movement independently without the need for detailed instructions. We begin with grounding exercises, which may involve free movement to help center your mind and body. Next, we proceed with warm-up exercises to prepare the body for the practice ahead. The class includes a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, including sun salutations, to build energy, flow, and strength. Following the flow, we transition into a restorative segment, where you can explore various poses at your own pace, promoting relaxation and inner peace. We conclude with breath work and meditation, which may include chanting and silent reflection, to deepen your practice and promote mindfulness both on and off the mat. Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel a yoga class through the website at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. This policy helps keep things organised and ensures space for other participants. Please note that if you are unable to cancel or reschedule a class at least 12 hours in advance, or if you do not show up, the full amount for the class will be charged.
